YOU Advisory Board Engage at Flag Football Pep Rally

Members of the Youth Opportunity Union's Advisory Committee had a great and productive time at the City of Poughkeepsie NFL Flag Football Pep Rally last Friday!

Advisory Board members had a chance to talk with children and parents alike about the project to create a countywide youth center at the site of the former YMCA facility in Poughkeepsie. The pep rally was held at Eastman Park, directly behind the YOU site, where temporary fencing featuring artwork by youth created a nice backdrop for the rally.
